1 Toolmaker:
Assigned to the Head of Tooling, you work in a workshop which maintains, modifies and develops the tools necessary for production.
Your main tasks are as follows:
- Maintenance and preventive upkeep of tooling equipment.
- Modification of tooling according to the production, quality and process recommendations.
- Tool repair.
- Tool installation, setting and testing.
- Tool stock control.
- Adjustment of mechanical parts – drilling, turning and blueprint reading.
Qualifications: High School Professional diploma to 2 years’ higher education in tooling). 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Daytime hours or in 2 x 8-hour shifts.
1 Technician and Machine Programmer in plastic injection:
Reporting to the supervisor, your main task is to carry out production changes, start-ups and equipment settings.
You must:
- Prepare, set and maintain equipment with constant care for the safety of people and material goods.
- Monitor and optimise settings for the mono- and bi- material moulding machines.
- Create robot programmes and point change.
- Deal with non-compliances.
- Participate in QRQC working groups.
- Suggest improvements.
- Respect the safety and environmental protection directives.
You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of your production. Rigour, autonomy and a sense of responsibility are the indispensable qualities required for this position.
You will be part of the permanent night shift.
Qualifications: 2 years’ higher education in plastics processing. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Salary according to experience.
