Luxor Lighting was present at the BPIFRANCE event on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in Paris.

As a member of the SME Accelerator group, Luxor Lighting testified alongside two other companies from the New Aquitaine Region, about the benefits of such an approach for entrepreneurs.

The company was given the opportunity to participate in several conferences, including:

    • Industry of the future: social and managerial transformation
    • The internationalization of funds
    • Corporate strategy: an approach designed for SMEs (Bpifrance University training)

Focus on the conference Industry of the Future: social and managerial transformation

The industry of the future is a societal movement that is shaking up the world through :

    • New organizations that are more compact, more elastic and more agile with the emergence of digital technology
    • A phenomenon of inversion of the knowledge pyramid with interactions between men and machines leading to a change in the internal management stratum
    • New emerging skills: technological, relational and emotional. The HR function is changing with the objective of attracting talent and not just skills: the HRD is becoming Human Resources Development
    • New relationships with work and time: how to create value in a complementary way in a world that has become uncertain
    • A fluidity of processes to be faster, more direct: collective intelligence

    3 key markers:

    • Make sense: create a collective sense where individuals act and take initiatives because they are aware that they have the right to make mistakes and that they are in a climate of benevolence
    • Increasing relational capacities with clients: identifying the usefulness of the value chain
    • Increase the potential of talents and skills: arouse curiosity, inter-relationship, listening (talent developer)

Three companies shared their experiences of transformation within their companies and it emerged that:

    • The Factory of the Future is an unavoidable movement
    • It is imperative to really listen to its customers and to transform each customer dissatisfaction into a development opportunity
    • A benevolent attitude is necessary and necessarily involves training (a prerequisite for the industry of the future), the creation of curiosity shocks, questioning, the development of a “link that does good” and the liberation of speech (benevolence, serenity, confidence)
    • Let’s do it in a pragmatic way, in small steps
    • Let’s learn how to free energies, to create the desire, to “garden the soil”.
    • Create a network of relational quality where we need the contribution of others without forcing them

The factory that wants to last is the one that :

    • Sells hope
    • Invent the customer of tomorrow through collective intelligence
    • Is based on the territory
    • Rely on its partners
