1 – Context and presentations
A meeting was held at the Regional House in Poitiers with retransmission to 2 other sites (Bordeaux and Limoges). The meeting was attended by the companies selected for the Usine du Futur Program in New Aquitaine (2017-2020), the Region and the firm selected to accompany us, OPEO. 50 companies were selected for this first 2017 program, including 2 for the Charente. Many applications were received but very few were selected.
Feedback was given on the companies that had already completed the program:
- Identification of possible accompaniment paths
- Willingness to encourage networking through clubs for the exchange of good practices
- 1€ of aid from the Region = 6€ invested by the companies
The objective of the program is :
- to establish an individualized pre-diagnosis (100% financed by the Region) => with the OPEO firm
- to find funding to implement the resulting action plan through our regional representative
2 – Proposed approach for the diagnostics
Presentation of OPEO (start-up created in 2012, 17 people) and the proposed organization:
- Pre-framing (1/2 day): beforehand, we will have to determine 1 or 2 technologies (called technological brick) which will be our work axis
- Field diagnosis (2 days)
- 2-hour interview with the ECO2 Initiative firm to establish the company’s level of environmental performance (sustainable factory, environmental excellence)
- to go deeper into the chosen technology
- interview of some operators to get their current “feeling” and vision for the future (the human factor is the central element of the approach)
- Hot restitution in the presence of the CODIR at the end of the 2nd day (with delivery of a summary document)
- Cold feedback within 8 days by telephone (validation of the summary document)
